MOH Records 953 COVID-19 Cases, Reiterates Call for Adherence to Precautions to Stop the Virus

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has underlined the importance of adherence to precautionary measures, including wearing face-masks, avoiding shaking hands, as well as maintaining physical distancing; to stop the spread of the virus; for the safety of all society members.
According to MOH's latest statistics, 953 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the Kingdom; thus bringing the total number to 420,301 confirmed cases, including 9,607 active cases and 1,359 critical cases.

In addition, 1,038 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 403,702 recoveries. Also, 13 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 6,992, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them. Moreover, 65,299 new Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests for COVID-19 have been conducted in the Kingdom's laboratories.

MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
