According to Najran Health Affairs, over the first quarter of this year, affiliated hospitals have recorded 2,382 newborns (1,223 males and 1,159 females), with 1,728 at Maternity and Children Hospital, 399 at Sharurah General Hospital, 11 Badr Al Janoub General Hospital, 117 at Yadma General Hospital, 123 at Habona General Hospital, and four births at Thar General Hospital.
It is noted that, over the past year, Maternity and Children Hospital-Najran has served 79,582 emergencies, 41,413 outpatients, 13,315 inpatients, and 1,196 cases at Development and Behavioral Disorder Center. Also, the hospital has performed 949,500 lab tests, and 34,337 radiological examinations, in addition to dispensing 442,445 medical prescriptions.
