King Saud University Medical City, represented by the executive management of the operation section, has obtained the ISO Quality Management System certificate, which is accredited by the Saudi Standards (SASA), after meeting all required standards and specifications.
In this vein, the city stated that it seeks to adopt quality as a strategic objective. It aims to achieve beneficiaries’ needs and to boost their satisfaction through continuous improvement of the quality system in line with the ISO requirements, as well as medical and nonmedical supplies and equipment according to the highest standards. It also aims to ensure continuous improvement of the provided services.
