Also, the Affairs has activated a service to facilitate communication between patients and their doctors without the need to go to hospitals. Medical teams have been assigned to respond to inquiries and provide them with medical consultations and specialists to handle emergency cases at their homes, while taking all preventive measures and performing visual triage on their relatives. Besides, the Affairs has launched medication home-delivery service.
