On the other hand, the Ministry of health (MOH) has recently launched a campaign to introduce
Vaccination Reminder Service, targeting parents across the Kingdom. The campaign comes in continuation of MOH's efforts to maintain children's health and protect them and all community members against diseases. Hence, MOH has launched this service to remind parents of their children’s basic vaccination schedule against the targeted diseases by sending them a message via mobile phone or email one week before the vaccination due date. The campaign is in line with MOH's directives to utilize the cutting-edge technologies and to achieve the optimal benefits from them to positively reflect the health services.
It is noteworthy that MOH has launched and activated several quality service programs to develop work mechanism and upgrade performance level; thus, contributing to improving health services provided to citizens and meeting their satisfaction in line with the National Transformation Program (NTP) 2020 towards achieving the Saudi Vision 2030.
