The National Tobacco Control Committee (NTCC)-Makkah, with participation of Makkah Municipality, conducted yesterday (Wednesday) inspections tours on outlets in Makkah. Through these tours, an amount of tobacco from unknown source and mixed «jrak», which is tobacco added to a group of rotten fruits, have been confiscated, and fines have been imposed against violators.
It is noted that NTCC continues its inspection tours to ensure compliance with Anti-Smoking Law and to monitor violations.
