According to Makkah Health Affairs, over the past year (1438H.), King Faisal Hospital-Makkah handled 823 notices and complaints. “The hospital’s Patient Rights and Relations Department received, via the 24-hour toll free: (937) call center, 501 verbal complaints, 59 written complaints and 263 notices from patients. We are very keen to consider all patients’ notices and complaints submitted through official channels, and to respond to them in record time; to improve the quality of health services,” added Makkah Health Affairs.
It is noteworthy that, during the current month, the hospital (with its 218-bed capacity) received 12,539 patients at emergency department and 8,543 at outpatient clinics; and performed 95 surgeries.
