King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital – Taif has successfully treated a lady suffering from health complications and pains due to a hysterectomy done in a private hospital.
According to Taif Health Affairs, the lady has been suffering for eight months. After the necessary clinical diagnostics and lab testes, the lady was diagnosed with vesico-vaginal fistula requiring immediate surgical intervention. Thus, a highly sophisticated, rare 4-hours surgery was done, whereby a medical team has successfully resected her fistula. Thank Allah the patient is stable.
It is noted that the hospital's urology department served over 4,053 outpatients last year. Also, it is fully accredited by the Saudi Board of Urology.
