The Ministry of Health (MOH) said that Arar Central Hospital has received more than 80,000 patients during the current year 1438H/2017. The outpatient clinics received 32,227 patients and emergency department 47,720, during the same period.
It added that surgeries amounted to 904 of which 186 were routine operations and 237urgent operations and one-day surgery amounted to 481, and all of them have been successful. The number of hospitalization amounted to 1,920 cases, and there were 20,103 laboratory tests, 4,066 dialysis sessions and 5,070 physiotherapy sessions, during the same period.
It is noteworthy that the 300-bed hospital provides all health services, in all fields, and the hospital witnesses a number of developmental projects, as well as purposeful programs, and all of them are for the sake of patients.
