His Excellency the Minister of Health, Eng. Khalid Al-Falih, has attended a meeting between the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) leaders and deans of the Saudi medicine faculties. This meeting comes as a vital initiative to reinforce the cooperation and coordination between the MOH and the medical academic domain.
The two parties participated in a workshop about the ways of cooperation in academic preparations, increasing the capacities of training programs in all specialties, and fields of research cooperation; in an endeavor to promote the health domain in the Kingdom, including epidemics control.
It is worth mentioning that the vital importance of this meeting comes in light of the Comprehensive National Transformation Program launched by the MOH in the health sector, in which the cornerstone is the human element, its training and qualification.
