The Bahraini Health Minister, Sadeq bin Abdul-Karim Al-Shehabi, has lauded the level of discussions raised at the sessions of the 78th Conference of GCC Health Ministers Council. This Conference was held in Riyadh on Wednesday and Thursday, February 4th-5th, 2015 (corresponding to Rabie II 15th-16th, 1436 H), under the title: “"Measuring Health Systems' Performance: the Way to Excellence".
“The discussions raised at the conference sessions were excellent, and the topics put forward for measuring the health system performance were very important. The health ministers have discussed the strategic plan and Riyadh Declaration, the matter which will reflect positively on the Gulf People’s Health,” said Al-Shehabi.
Furthermore, he extended his thanks and appreciation to the His Excellency the Minister of Health, Mr. Ahmad bin Aqeel Al-Khateeb; for the warm welcome and good organization of the conference.
