14 Health Facilities in Makkah Inspected by the MOH

Within the framework of the developmental steps carried out by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to improve its services and advance the performance of its health facilities, and as part of the scheduled field visits conducted by the specialized teams for all  MOH facilities all over the regions and governorates, under the follow-up and supervision of His Excellency the Minister, a team from the Ministry has recently conducted a number of field tours to assess the performance and services provided at 14 health facilities in Makkah.
 
The health team, made up of a number of representatives from different departments such as the Follow-up, Medical Supplies, Operation Departments and others, have inspected the health facilities on the ground; in an endeavor to assess the level of the health services, and to pinpoint their needs, as well as identifying the challenges that may impede the workflow there.
 
Within the same vein, the committee will submit a detailed report on those inspection tours, to His Excellency the Acting Minister of Health, Eng. Adel Faqih. The report will include the practical steps for promoting the performance level, in a manner that meets the needs of the people of the areas served by those facilities, and contributes to improving the health services.
 
It is worth mentioning that the committee has visited three hospitals in Al-Qunfuda; they are Al-Qunfuda General Hospital, Thripan Hospital and Namira Hospital which has not been run yet. The visit, also, encompassed three hospitals in the Holy Capital; they are Al-Noor Hospital, King Faisal Hospital and Maternity and Children Hospital, in addition to Coudayy and Hijra Health Center, as well as two hospitals in Taif: King Faisal Hospital, and Maternity Hospital birth. Furthermore, the committee has visited Rabigh General Hospital in Rabigh, King Abdulaziz Hospital, King Fahd General Hospital, and Adam Hospital in Jeddah.
