His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, has approved the decision fining a physician, working at one of the MOH hospitals in Hail, SR 5.000; due to non-compliance with the Health Profession Practice Regulations, as he has worked in a night shift at a private pharmacy, alongside his main job, violating the health regulations in this regard.
It is worth mentioning that this decision comes as part of the MOH’s constant efforts to promote the level of health facilities, as well as overseeing the performance of their employees, in such a manner that ensures the improvement of health services and the work process at these facilities in compliance with the adopted regulations and procedures.
