Dr. Fatin Altahan, the Director of the Abdul Latif Jameel Center for Breast Cancer Early Detection related to the Saudi Cancer Society, underlined that the existence of the mobile clinic is a favorable opportunity for Al-Janadria's woman visitors to detect the breast cancer for free, which has greatly been instrumental in the early detection of the woman breast cancer. She went on to add that through participating in Al-Janadria 29 festival with the mobile clinic conducted by the Genetic and chronic Diseases Control General Department if the Ministry of Health(MOH), within the framework of the breast cancer  early detection campaign, the clinic delivered the free detection service for the woman visitors; it included the clinical detection involving examination with the early detection mammography device; moreover, a corner was prepared and designated for education on the importance of early detection.

She further added that the woman visitors have been trained on the ways of breast self-exam and had a look on some educational brochures. She also recommended the necessity of having above-40 year old women examined, as well as the women whose families have disease-related history. This in turn helps limit having late cases of the disease and increase its recovery chances, Allah willing. She further pointed out that right from the first day, the mobile clinic saw huge turnout to the effect that it received all women with different ages. And more than 250 women, above the age of 40, have been screened by the mammography device.

With the same vein, she regards the breast cancer as the most widespread tumors among women as it is placed second of the female-related death causes according to the statistics of the World Health Organization (WHO). She also emphasized that spreading the "early detection" culture and developing the general awareness of the significance of "the breast cancer early detection" contribute to fighting this type of cancer and controlling it; especially that the recovery chances, if early detected, reach the percentage of  95%.

Meanwhile, she made clear that the mobile clinic comprises a medical team made up of a consulting physician, specialized female x-ray technicians, health educators, and nurses, as well as female volunteers performing awareness work, whose working hours start from 4 to 10 p.m. all the festival's days long. She also extended her thanks to whoever played role in making a success of the campaign, which she saw as one of the most successful campaigns. Accordingly, a big number of women from all the service utilities, governmental institutions, public utilities, markets, and civil and charitable utilities were examined, and this, in turn, was instrumental in achieving the principal aim of the campaign.
