MOH Warns of Dealing with a Fake Physician or Being Misled by his False Medical Claims
07 November 2013
The Ministry of Health (MOH) warns of dealing with the fake South Korean physician, Hyun Suk Yum, whose misleading allegations are widely-spread via the social networking media, through which he claims that he can treat a variety of incurable diseases and physical disabilities through the technology of brain reset therapy.

It is worth mentioning that the competent authorities tried to contact this alleged physician, but no replies were received. After communicating with the Korean governmental agencies, it was revealed that this Korean person has no any scientific certificates in the field of medicine, and his center is unregistered in the Korean Ministry of Health.

Within the same vein, the MOH calls upon all people not to be deceived or misled by such medical allegations that are based on unscientific bases, noting that those people seek to exploit patients’ needs for treatment. Therefore, the Ministry stresses on the importance of taking information only from reliable scientific sources.
