MOH Information Center Launches the Service (Pilgrims' Health is Our Concern)

As a part of the awareness activities launched by the Ministry of Health (MOH), and its efforts to maintain the health and safety of pilgrims, citizens and residents, and to provide them with advices and medical instructions, the MOH's Media and Health Information Center is to launch the Service (Pilgrims' Health is Our Concern) for the tenth consecutive year via the toll-free number: 8002494444; and through the MOH's account on Twitter: @ saudimoh.
The Center is to host daily, Allah willing, a constellation of senior consultants and specialists in various health specialties; in order to answer the incoming calls and questions stirring in the minds of the citizens and residents wishing to perform Hajj this year. The service provides information on health requirements to be met by Hajj and Umrah performers, as well as instructional information to be followed during Hajj.
 
On Sunday 23/11/1434H (corresponding to 29/9/2013), the Center is to host Dr. Nasser Al-Dossari, the Consultant of Digestive System and Liver Diseases, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.; in order to give answers to the enquiries made by patients and their families on this important specialty.
 
Within the same vein, Dr. Nesreen Al-Sherbini, the Consultant of Epidemic Diseases and Fever, will be hosted on Monday 24/11/1434H (corresponding to 30/9/2013) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.; in order to talk about all matters related the epidemic and infectious diseases, and to provide advice and guidance for the pilgrims on the ways of preventing these diseases; that's to be added to showing how to deal with any emergency case, Allah forbid. Moreover, Dr. Um Al-Khair Abdullah Abu Al-Khair, the Consultant of Blood Diseases and Tumors, will also be hosted on Tuesday 25/11/1434H (corresponding to 1/10/2013) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
 
Also, the Center is to host Dr. Naelah Abul-Jadayel, the Consultant of Chest Diseases, on Wednesday 26/11/1434H (corresponding to 2/10/2013) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., while hosting Dr. Safeyah Al-Sherbini, the Consultant of Endocrinologists and Diabetes, on Thursday 27/11/1434H (corresponding to 3/10/2013) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The specialists in MOH's Media and Health Information Center will be fully prepared 24 hours a day to provide advice and guidance for the pilgrims and their families on the importance of adhering to the basic vaccinations and prescriptions, along with the other health issues that concern them.
