Under the chairmanship of His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Health for Planning and Development, and Chairman of Hajj Preparatory Committees, Dr. Mohammed Khoshaim, the Fourth Meeting of Preparatory Committees was held this morning, at Dr. Khoshaim's office. Participants in the meeting discussed the request put forward by the Director-General of Health Affairs in Madinah, requiring an increase of the number of the posts devoted to the Region to 346 posts, with the aim to include the seasonal centers and newly introduced departments and divisions.
In addition, they reviewed the workflow of the Hajj Preparatory Committees, and the procedures carried out over the successive phases of preparation, implementation and follow-up, aside from having talks on what has been accomplished with regard to the equipment of Eastern Arafat Hospital, as well as the medical and non-medical renovation equipment for the upcoming Hajj season (1433 H).
This meeting comes within the framework of the Ministry's strenuous efforts and early preparations meant to provide best-quality health services for the Hajj pilgrims (Guests of Allah).
