13 May 2012
His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, has got the Certificate of Honorary Professorship from the University of Liverpool, in recognition of his colossal efforts in both theoretical and practical arenas, in addition to his significant role in medical research in the fields of communicable diseases and surgery. That's to be added to his endeavors to develop health services in the field of public health.

Dr. Al-Rabeeah has got the certificate while receiving a delegation from the University of Liverpool at HE's office. He expressed his happiness with this certificate, pointing out that it is by no means a private honor. It is, on the contrary, an honor to our dear Kingdom. It could have not been obtained without Allah's guidance, in the first place, and the unstinting support for health services provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, May Allah Protect them.

It didn't escape Dr. Al-Rabeeah's notice to reiterate the Ministry's support for scientific and medical research, placing particular emphasis on the research that has to do with communicable disease and the eradication of the various vectors. The ceremony was attended by a number of the MOH senior officials.
