With the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, His Royal Highness the Governor of Al-Jouf Province, Prince Fahd bin Badr bin Abdulaziz, opened a number of health projects in Al-Jouf Province on Wednesday, March 7th, 2012.
Moreover, Dr. Al-Rabeeah has delivered a speech at the inaugural celebration, stressing the Ministry's keenness to serve all citizens and residents, as an implementation of MOH system and the directives given by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, May Allah protect him, to provide the best medical services to them.
Afterward, HRH the Governor of Al-Jouf Province opened 10 health projects. The health projects included the Mental Health and De-addiction Hospital in Skaka at a total cost of 143.322.989.00 SR, the Mental Health and De-addiction Hospital in Al-Qurayyat at a total cost of 143.322.989.00 SR, Abu Ajram Center General Hospital at a total cost of 45.298.564.00 SR, al-Hadithah Center General Hospital at a total cost of 34.551.633.00 SR, Tabarjal Center Hospital Staff Housing, on 3 phases, and delivering facilities and services to the site at a total cost of 24.579.169.00 SR, Issawiya Center Hospital Staff Housing, on 2 phases, at a total cost of 8.324.525.00 SR, Sawyer Center Hospital Staff Housing, on 2 phases, at a total cost of 7.181.931.00 SR, in addition to a dialysis project in Abdul Rahman Al Sudairy Hospital - Skaka, which accommodates 15 beds at a total cost of 3.826.477.00 SR.
Furthermore, HRH laid the foundation stone for the 14 health projects in Al-Jouf province: Maternity and Children's Hospital in Al-Jouf at a total cost of 260 million SR, Dialysis Center at King AbdulAziz Hospital – Skaka, which accommodates 40 chairs at a total cost of 15.333.623 SR, Al-Jouf Regional Laboratory at a total cost of 60 million SR, Miqua Hospital at a total cost of 50.188.391.00 SR, Al-Jouf Dental Center at a total cost of 29.996.53.00 SR, King AbdulAziz Hospital Staff Housing at a total cost of 79.210.886.00 SR, Al-Jouf Medical Tower Staff Housing at a total cost of 75 million SR, in addition to the establishment of 7 other health centers; Qara Health Center, Al-Twair Health Center, Al-Rabwa Health Center in Skaka, Domat Al-Jandal Health Center in Domat Al-Jandal, King Fahad Health Center in Domat Al-Jandal, Hadraj and Daija Health Center in Tabarjal, and Hadithah Health Center in Al- Qurayyat. All these projects will be established at a total cost of 31.422.007.00 SR.
In addition, the Governor of Al-Jouf Province established the Mental Health Hospital Staff Housing in Al-Qurayyat at a total cost of 29.997.332 SR, the Mental Health Hospital Staff Housing in Al-Jouf at a total cost of 29.593.393 SR, and Tabarjal General Hospital Staff Housing at a total cost of 18.607.509 SR.
