Minister of Health Receives Security and Safety Department’s Employees

   His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah Bin AbdulAziz Al Rabeeah, directed the employees of the Security and Safety Department at the Ministry of Health to enforce the anti-tobacco directives in the Ministry’s facilities.
 
During his meeting with a number of the Department’s employees, who have expressed their gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, for approving the nature-of-work allowance, equivalent to 15% of their salaries, Dr. Al Rabeeah stated that the Ministry should be taken as a role model in this regard, by implementing the anti-tobacco directives in the facilities of the Ministry.  The directives included the Royal Decree No. 7/87/M, dated 11/1/1404 H, and the Royal Decree No. 7/B/17316, dated 3/12/1408, that ban smoking in the offices of the Ministries and governmental bodies and public institutions in order to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all people.
 
His Excellency stressed on the importance of following up the compliance with these directives in the Ministry’s facilities, emphasizing that tougher sanctions will be imposed for repeat violations.
 
Moreover, Dr. Al Rabeeah met a number of the Security and Safety Department’s employees, who have expressed their gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for approving the Civil Service Board Decree No. 1/1561, dated 11/2/1432, approving the nature-of-work allowance, equivalent to 15% of the salary, to be paid for Saudis working in the field of security and safety.
 
The Department’s employees have also expressed their thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah Bin AbdulAziz Al Rabeeah, for his unstinting support for the Security and Safety Department and its employees in all sectors of the Ministry.
