Minister Meets the Djibouti Minister of Health

The Minister of Health, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Rabeeah, declared the reestablishing International Health Programs and Relations, pointing out that the Ministry has made a number of international visits and signed  international agreements, which aims to enhance health collaboration and view different images of health status in the Arabian Countries to each of Canada, Germany, America, Kazakhstan and other western countries.
 
This came during his meeting today with his counterpart Minister of Health of the Republic of Djibouti, Abdullah Majll, who is visiting the Kingdom during these days on an official visit which will last for several days.
 
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Al Rabeeah welcomed the Minister of Health of Djibouti and his accompanying delegation, wishing them a pleasant resident in their second country.
 
The Ministry of Health, Dr. Al Rabeeah held a meeting, in the presence of Deputy Ministers and Senior Officials, with his counterpart the Ministry of Health of Djibouti and his accompanying delegation. They discussed a number of concerned issues and means of communication between the two countries in health aspects.
 
Dr.Al Rabeeah confirmed the Kingdom's commitment, represented by the Ministry of Health, to unify the Arabian stance, pointing out the Arabian great efforts and dedication in combating A-H1N1, in addition of the Islamic and Arabian collaborations, includes the Republic of Djibouti , which was reflected on the success of Hajj and Umrah season for last year.   
 
Dr.Al Rabeeah clarified the Ministry's dedication towards combating disease and epidemic resulted of crowded places. the Ministry will hold the first international conference under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud. The conference will take place in Jeddah on October 2010 and will discuss health care procedures in crowded areas. This conference is considered a great initiative from the Kingdom to view its experience in this area especially that it become a major point of reference in managing health procedures in crowded areas.
 
Dr.Al Rabeeah and the Minister of Djibouti discussed means of collaboration and enhancing medical searches in epidemics and diseases, in addition of developing Arabian workforce competencies, which considered a major point in health efforts. Dr. Al Rabeeah concluded the meeting by presenting an honoring shield to Djibouti Health Minister.
