Three swine flu death cases announced

​Three swine flu death cases announced MOH has announced three swine flu deaths in the Kingdom. The first victim, a 28 years old Saudi female, and the second, an 11 years old Saudi child, had been suffering underlying chronic diseases and died on 23/08/1430. The third case was for an Indian who died on 22/08/1430, may their souls rest in peace. According to MOH, the severity of the epidemic is still moderate, fatality is low, and most cases recover without treatment, though the disease is showing swift spreading. MOH urged all citizens and residents to abide by announced measures for controlling the epidemic, which are based on the consultations of specialized committees and the guidelines of the World Health Organization. Care must be taken and masks worn in crowded or closed areas, hands must be washed by water and soap, and nose and mouth must be covered by tissues when coughing or sneezing.
