The Minister of Heatlh Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mane has met yesterday in his office at the MOH premises Mr. Trevor Mal Varlan, an expert at Oxford Business GP. The meeting has been attended by the MOH Undersecretary for Executive Affairs Dr. Mansour Al-Hawasi, MOH Undersecretary for Planning and Development Dr. Obeid Al-Obeid, Consultant of the Minister of Health Dr. Osman Al-Rabia, and the Director General of Medical Licenses Pharmacist Ali Al-Zawawi. The meeting comes in line with a series of meetings held by Mr. Trevor Mal Varlan with certain personalities and high officials for compiling a book on the achievements realized in the Kingdom.
The meeting reviewed the history of health care provision in the Kingdom since its foundation, including the amazing developments that has placed the Kingdom within the advanced nations in health care provision, hospital establishment and equipment, and the attention paid to medical and technical staff.
