HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal Launches King Faisal Hospital in Taif

The Minister of Health Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mane hailed the kind approval of Mekkah Al-Mukarramah Governor HRH Prince Khalid Al-Faisal to launch the alternative building of King Faisal Hospital in Taif District on Saturday 23/05/1428H. He said the alterative building has been established within a minimum period of about six months, the total costs of establishment and rehabilitation works being SR40 million.
The capacity of the hospital is 250 beds, in addition to 20 beds for ICU and 40 beds for emergency. Its advanced equipment include highly sophisticated x-ray apparatus, magnetic resonance, computerized tomography, a well prepared lab, a well equipped restaurant, four rooms for operations, warehouses, and administrative offices. The hospital will offer its services besides King Faisal Medical City, the capacity of which is 800 beds.
