Participants of Arabic Child Conference Arrived

The Arabic delegates participating in the activities of the Arabic Child Health Conference have all arrived according to Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Marghalani, the official spokesman of the Ministry of Health. The event is organized by the Ministry of health and the Arab league in cooperation with the Arabic Gulf Fund for Supporting UN Developmental Organizations (AGFUND). It is convened under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz. AGFUND president Prince Talal bin Abdul Aziz shall open the conference, which is attended by the Arabic ministers of health.
 
He said a big delegation including MOH high officials and heads of the conference committees met the participant delegates at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
 
All participants have been hosted in Riyadh Intercontinental hotel, nearby the hotel's International Hall of Conferences which will host the conference activities, in order to provide easy and convenient attendance.
 
Dr. Marghalani said the early arrival and high level of representation of the delegates is an indication of their interest in ensuring success for the conference activities.
 
Hosting this conference, which is the first of its type in the region, is an opportunity for exchanging ideas for building a health strategy for developing and boosting Arabic childhood health, says Dr. Al-Marghalani.
