The Ministry of Health has launched an online consultation aimed at identifying priorities for implementing healthcare services, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote transparency and expand community participation. This initiative reflects the Ministry’s commitment to involving beneficiaries in shaping the future of healthcare, enhancing service quality, and improving efficiency in alignment with the goals of the Health Sector Transformation Program—one of the key pillars of Saudi Vision 2030, which aspires to build a vibrant society with sustainable, high-quality living standards.
The consultation will be open from May 22 to 25, during which the Ministry seeks input from citizens, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders regarding the most critical healthcare services based on their needs. The scope includes improving user experience, enhancing effective communication, expanding preventive care through digital solutions, and developing and introducing innovative digital health services.
This initiative underscores the Ministry’s dedication to empowering beneficiaries to actively participate in designing health policies and guiding the future development of healthcare services.
