The Ministry of Health proudly announced the successful conclusion of the Women Leadership Development Program, designed for the Ministry’s female workforce. Over three dynamic training cohorts, seventy-five exceptional female leaders were carefully selected according to the Human Resources Agency’s standards. The program empowered participants by enhancing their leadership skills, boosting self-confidence, and expanding professional networks, culminating in the launch of innovative projects that demonstrate the tangible impact of the initiative.
The third cohort produced a set of standout initiatives, including Change Leaders, addressing the underutilization of staff expertise; Integration, building a unified database to strengthen decision-making accuracy; Hybrid Work, advancing flexible work policies that drive productivity and job satisfaction; and Decision, dedicated to modernizing frameworks and mechanisms for informed decision-making.
