As part of the Ministry of Health's efforts to enhance citizen participation in decision-making and improve the health services provided to all people, and particularly to women, we are launching the co-creation Initiative entitled "Women's Leadership Development Program". This initiative aims to provide distinguished leadership training for women in the health sector, with a focus on empowering female leaders by enhancing their capabilities and developing their leadership skills. This program is part of the ongoing efforts to qualify women in the health sector and enable them to assume senior and middle leadership positions, which contributes to achieving the sustainable development goals that the Kingdom seeks to achieve.
