By virtue of Paragraph 1 of Article 12 in the Government Tenders and Procurement Law, stipulating: The government entity shall publish the advance planning of its business and procurements for each fiscal year, and the plan shall feature the type and nature of business and procurement, the place of implementation, and the method of tendering and contracting, the Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to announce Advance Planning for Business and Procurement of MOH’s Headquarters for the 3rd Quarter of This Fiscal Year (2021) (Available only in Arabic).
