MOH Allows Updating Job Applications

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced that applicants for Non-Physician Specialist, Pharmacist, and Administrator Jobs can make changes to their applications, no later than February 27th, 2021. Hence, they can view their applications, verify their data entered, and make desired changes thereof, meanwhile complying with instructions published on employment website, including the following:  
  • Do not add new entries beyond original application entries, such as additional experience at the end of the job application period.
  • Comply with registering the graduation date recorded in the graduation certificate, as per the sequence shown in the employment portal clause (2).
  • Do not register experiences that are not included in GOSI periods and wages certificate, not a government job-related experience, or inconsistent with the job title applied for.
  • If there were previous experience/s, GOSI dates (hire date and separation date) should be registered, with the attachment of GOSI periods and wages certificate and a certificate of each registered experience, meanwhile ensuring that the job title is shown in the certificate and submit a certificate proving that the establishment is registered with GOSI. Thus, if the experience is intermittent as certified by GOSI, each period should be registered separately even from the same employer; and a certificate for each period, if they are from different employers, or a certificate covering the whole period if they from the same employer. 
  • «Saned» period should be registered in GOSI.
  • Be sure of accuracy when registering the average, university level, and foreign qualification keywords, with the attachment of proving documents.
  • Check the average type of graduates’ qualifications in the Kingdom (4/5/100).
