By virtue of paragraph 1 of Article 12 in the Government Competition and Procurement Law, stipulating: “The government agency shall publish its advance business and procurement plan during the first quarter of each fiscal year, and the plan shall include the type and nature of business and procurement, their place of implementation, method of tendering and contracting”, the Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to announce its Advance Business and Procurement Plan (Available only in Arabic) at MOH’s headquarters for the current fiscal year (2020).
