Under the theme “Our health services are closer to you” the Ministry of Health (MOH) has launched a new Live Chat service. The new service, provided through the 937 Service Center, allows citizens and residents to easily access the 937 services. The newly launched service includes live chat and chatbot.
Service Features:
- Locate the nearest primary healthcare center.
- Locate the on-duty centers.
- Inquire about the transactions of MOH's beneficiaries (individuals and enterprises).
- Contact the 937 Service representatives, through live chat, for general inquiries, complaints, and reports.
How to use the service:
- Go to the MOH website;
- Select the chatbot icon, to the bottom right of the screen;
- Select the required service.
- Type your question, and start the chatbot.
