MOH Calls on 131 Applicants for Medical Jobs for Final Data Reconciliation

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced names of 131 applicants (males and females) for medical jobs advertised on 25/11/2018 on the Ministry of Civil Service’s (MOCS) Portal, as substitutes for those who did not reconcile their data. Also, MOH calls on all shortlisted applicants to visit any office of MOCS on Sunday 13/1/2019 (for two days), to finally reconcile their data against the information registered through the Employment Portal (Jadarah); to ensure perfect match of data of applicants based on selection criteria (GPA, graduation seniority, placement choices). The applicant’s absence from final data reconciliation will be considered a withdrawal for the application.

It is noted that such reconciliation does not mean shortlisting. Rather, it is only to ensure data accuracy. All listed applicants are required to bring these following documents:
  • I.D., original and copy.
  • Qualification certificate, including GPA and percentage or accumulated GPA and graduation date.
  • Foreign degree holders should bring the higher education equation.
  • Internship certificate, or professional classification for health jobs.
  • Valid professional registration card.
Besides, MOH pointed out that it will disregard any documents of those applicants who don’t bring their original documents after the specified period of data reconciliation.
