MOH Launches the 2nd Season of «Ideate to Innovate» Award

​​The Innovation Center launches the second season of « Ideate to Innovate» Award, which aims to attract the creative ideas of the Ministry of Health’s (MOH) staff.

Vision:
To appreciate and boost creative talents at MOH and its subordinate facilities.
Objectives:
  • To stimulate creativity and positive competition milieu among innovators.
  • To disseminate and promote the culture of creativity and highlight its role.
  • To encourage creative persons and publicize their achievements.

Target Categories:
  • MOH Headquarters
  • King Fahad Medical City 
  • King Abdullah Medical City 
  • King Khalid Eye Specialist Hospital 
  • King Fahad Specialist Hospital
  • King Salman Kidney Center 
  • King Saud Medical City 
Terms and Conditions:
  • The applicant should be an employee of MOH or its subordinate facilities.
  • Each applicant is allowed to submit only one idea.
  • Application e-form should be completely filled in.
  •  Application should be before deadline.
Criteria:
  • A new creative idea in line with MOH’s Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030.
  • The idea has an impact and an added value.
  • The idea is not currently underway.
Competition​ Phases:
  • Submission: Filling in the e-form attached to the announcement.
  • Preliminary Competition: The submitted forms will be sorted by the screening committee to select top ideas based on the contest criteria.
  • Finalists: The candidate ideas will be presented to the Arbitration Committee to select the best 10 ideas.
  • Honoring
  • Training: Winners will be trained on creativity and innovation methodologies to transform the idea into a prototype along with an actionable plan.
Note: Participation will be open as from Rajab 22nd to Sha’ban 3rd, 1439H. (corresponding to April 8th to 19th, 2018).
