The Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced names of 56 applicants (male and female) for health positions advertised on 22/6/1439H. on its online portal; calling on all listed applicants to visit any office of Civil Service Ministry on Monday 9/7/1439H. (one day only), to finally reconcile their data against the information registered through the employment portal (Jadarah) to ensure perfect match of data of applicants based on selection criteria (GPA, graduation seniority, placement choices). The applicant’s absence from final data reconciliation will be considered a withdrawal for the application.

It is noted that such reconciliation does not mean shortlisting. Rather, it is only to ensure data accuracy. All listed applicants are required to bring these following documents:

  • Qualification certificate, including GPA and percentage or accumulated GPA and graduation date.
  • Foreign degree holders should bring the higher education equation.
  • Internship certificate, or professional classification for health jobs.

The Ministry of Civil Service pointed out that it will disregard any documents of those applicants who don’t bring their original documents after the specified period of data reconciliation.
