Pursuant to the directives of His Excellency the Vice Minister of Health for Planning and Development to enumerate the staff complement of health affairs directorates throughout the Kingdom’s regions and governorates, the Workforce Planning General Department has embarked on a staffing survey in Jazan Region, starting on Sunday, January 18th, 2015 (corresponding to Rabie Al-Awwal 27th, 1436H. The survey draws upon a plan made up of several pillars.
These pillars include enumerating the actual departments and health facilities, by means of a workforce e-program, depending on the staff complement, the job type, and the current employer.
Within the framework of the aforementioned plan, the Director General of Workforce Planning, Dr. Abdullah bin Ali Al-Shehri, has delivered a lecture on the staff complement. Furthermore, a three day-workshop will be held by a training team from the Workforce Planning General Department.
