Under the auspices of Her Excellency the Assistant Deputy Minister of Health for Supportive Medical Services, Dr. Munira Hamdan Al-Osaimi, the Nursing General Department will organize the 4th and final workshop on “Qualification of Nursing Education and Training Supervisors”, in nursing departments around the Kingdom. The workshop will be held on Saturday 9th June, 2012, at the Nursing General Department, Sulaimania Medical Complex, Bldg. 2. Moreover, the program aims to develop the skills of departments’ directors and provide them with the latest education and training methods.
Furthermore, a number of national academics are delivering lectures in the program. The Director-General of Nursing, Ms. Nora Al-Madani, mentioned that the program consists of four serial workshops with a single goal, whereupon several worksheets are to be discussed. The 4th workshop is to discuss the project of each of group participating in the program, which includes discussing and analyzing the required programs and training courses, designing a program that meets the needs of each region, then implementing it and presenting the outputs under the supervision of the Nursing General Department.
