Initiative Description
The Women Leadership Development Program is a program that aims to provide distinguished leadership training for women in the health sector, with a focus on empowering women leaders by enhancing their capabilities and developing their leadership skills. This program is part of the ongoing efforts to qualify women in the health sector and enable them to assume senior and middle leadership positions, which contributes to achieving the sustainable development goals that the Kingdom seeks to achieve.
