Steps to Access the System

1. The treatment request system will be accessed through the Ministry of Health (MOH)’s external portal.
2. The patient will log in through the National Unified Access (NAFATH portal).
3. Enter ID number, then the patient can access the individuals’ services and choose the treatment request system service.
4. The patient then can access the individuals’ services and choose the treatment request system service.
5. The patient will be directed to the treatment request system portal.

Steps to access the treatment requests:

• Through the portal, the patient can access his treatment requests by clicking on the Treatment Requests list.

1. To create a new treatment request, click on create a new treatment request
2. To view the details of the already submitted treatment requests, click on view treatment request details.

Steps to create ERCAB order:

1. Click on ERCAB Orders list.

2. Click on create ERCAB Order.

Steps to create Petty Expenses request:

1. Click on the petty expenses’ requests list.

• Create a new petty expenses request.
