Overview:
This service aims at helping the beneficiaries of the Ministry of Health (MOH), to check the status of their transactions submitted online via the MOH Portal. This service is available without a login name and password, so all of the Portal’s visitors, having the required information about the transaction, can use this service through the Ministry’s headquarter, all health affairs general directorates and all other bodies affiliated to the Ministry.
How to Get the Service?
You can get the service through the following:
- Sending SMS by «Absher» System to the beneficiary’s mobile.
- MOH’s Portal.
- 937 Call Center.
Service Prerequisites:
The service has no prerequisites.
Estimated Response Time:
The beneficiary shall be notified of the last action taken on his/her transaction.
