As a part of its keenness to improve the quality of health services in accordance with the best international practices to improve beneficiaries' experiences and to boost partnership with the private sector, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has updated the Pharmaceutical Establishments and Preparations Regulations.
Hence, to achieve transparency and engagement of concerned parties with the public in decision-making process, MOH’s Assistant Agency for Health Investment Development, is pleased to invite the concerned parties to submit their feedback on the Draft Regulations of Pharmaceutical Establishments and Preparations by completing
the attached form (available only in Arabic) and resend it, supported with relative justifications, analysis and required data via
this email, no later than Wednesday Feb. 27th, 2019 (corresponding to Jumada al-Akhira 22nd, 1440H).
