Working Women
Working Women have a high responsibility in Ramadan because they seek to balance work and home. Some women prefer to take leave during Ramadan to overcome stress.
It is worth noting that one of the reasons for the decline in productivity of workers during Ramadan is staying up late, not fasting, as the decrease in sleep duration leads to a loss of concentration in some people, and thus performance at work is affected.
Solutions that enable Working women to perform their duties during Ramadan:
- Organize time so that they get enough hours of sleep.
- Avoid inviting others during the working days but at the weekend.
- Agree with colleagues to create a specific and coordinated list of work tasks, so that she can cook food and take a break during fasting hours.
