Eng. Yazeed bin Abdullah Al-Atibi is one of the leading national figures in digital health transformation. He leads the Ministry of Health’s efforts to build an integrated digital health system that places people at the center of care and translates the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 into a tangible reality that enhances quality of life and ensures sustainable healthcare.
Leadership Positions:
- Deputy Minister of Health for e-Health and Digital Transformation (since 2025):
Leads the national digital health transformation strategy and oversees the development of smart infrastructure and the enablement of advanced technologies in healthcare services.
- Owner of the e-Health and Digital Transformation Initiative (since 2020).
- Assistant Deputy Minister for Planning and Digital Transformation (2020–2025):
Launched the Ministry’s digital transformation roadmap and established the Unified e-Health System (e-Health) — one of the most notable institutional success stories in the public sector.
- Director General of Digital Solutions (2012–2020)
