In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
On this famous Day, the twenty third of September, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia experiences a heart-endearing occasion, that's to say, the passage of eighty three years since the entire Saudi states' parts unified under the name of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, by virtue of a royal decree, issued by the founding leader; King Abdul Aziz bin Abdurrahman bin Faisal Al Saud, May Allah rest his soul in peace. Through which he laid down the pillars of his fledgling state and drafted its constitution drawing on the Holy Book of Allah and the Sunna of His prophet peace be upon him. As such, his king sons take pledge to track his trailblazing, which turned its fear and ignorance into security and science; and its poverty into prosperity and boom.
On commemorating our National Day, we try to summon all the values, concepts, and sacrifices which accompanied the building of this colossal entity. As such, Of Allah's grace is that He singled out the Kingdom with prudent, reasonable leadership that sought and is still seeking to elevate this country and its citizens to the highest levels. Thus, since its founding and till this blooming, auspicious reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah protect him, the marathon of good and thriving has not come to a halt. Still, the Kingdom witnessed huge, developmental renaissance in all the diverse life fields: medical, economic, educational, social, and cultural fields. Such inclusive development provided a citizen with a decent life, and made other states look upon the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in admiration and appreciation for its leadership and its regional, Arab, and international prestigious role.
In this vein, the health services received great importance and care from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may Allah protect him, in order to provide the means of inclusive health care for the citizens of this giving country all over the kingdom. Thus, this positively mirrored in terms of achieving plans and programs of the Ministry of Health (MOH), aiming at improving performance and a patient's service, raising the efficiency of health professionals and those working in the health field, controlling diseases, and early detecting them.
In drawing my speech to a close, I pray Allah, the Almighty, to perpetuate the grace of security and stability for our dear country, protect the leader of its renaissance, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH Crown Prince, and HRH the Deputy Crown Prince, and guide their footsteps to the path of good deeds; He is the Guardian and the Almighty.
