Heads of the Medical Expeditions Commend the Health Services Provided for the Hajj Performers

A host of the heads of the medical Hajj expeditions of the Arab and Islamic states for this year's Hajj season expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and HRH the Heir-Apparent, may Allah protect them; and the Ministry of Health (MOH) for the health services which are provided for the Hajj performers in general, and their own countries' Hajj performers in an excellent degree of professionalism and interaction.

Within the same vein, Dr. Dahman Mahmoud, the Deputy of the Algerian medical expedition prayed for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques with everlasting success and prosperity.

He also lauded the remarkable care provided by the Saudi Arabia for the Hajj performers, especially the sick.

He went on to point out that the care which the Saudi Arabia provided for them in terms of remarkable healthcare made each patient feel that they really are Allah's guests.

Moreover, he made clear that the health facilities currently existing in Makkah and the Holy Sites are of the most prestigious facilities globally, as well as the administrativestaff working at them.

He also lauded the great role provided by the Ministry of Health (MOH), and what it possesses in terms of hospitals, advanced health centers, and ambulances equipped with the most sophisticated medical devices.

He went on speaking well of their professional response in relation to transporting and treating a patient, saying that "the Algerian Hajj performers were immunized and examined before flying to Makkah by the Algerian medical expedition, to the effect that 40 Hajj seekers were disqualified as their health condition does not allow them to perform the Hajj rites."

Similarly, Dr. Mahmoud Mustafa, the head of the Egyptian medical expedition extended his immense thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and all the staff of the Ministry of Health (MOH) for the boundless support provided by the medical expeditions of the Arab and Islamic worlds; and their providing remarkable health services for the Hajj Performers.

He also made remarks on the health facilities provided in Makkah and the Holy Sites, and what they comprise of advanced devices and equipment and ceaselessly-abounded medications, as well as the number of the medical and technical cadres within these facilities.

This reveals how dedicated the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may Allah protect him, to providing the best and most prestigious health services for the Hajj performers, and creating means of comfort and treatment for them.

Further, the head of the Afghan medical Hajj expedition expressed his deepest appreciation for the great cooperation which the MOH showed towards the expedition, making clear that the provided services were remarkably excellent, whether in Makkah or in the Holy Sites; and that the procedures of detaining patients went smooth.

In addition to this, he drew the attention to the fact that the health services were top-notch and worldy-standardised with regard to his countries' Hajj performers in particular, and the Hajj performers of the other countries in general.
