Saudi Arabia’s health system has achieved a remarkable global milestone by winning nine prestigious international awards, including four gold awards, at the International Customer Experience Awards 2025 (ICXA). This achievement reflects the role of Saudi Vision 2030 in empowering national talents and strengthening institutional capabilities, which has contributed to advancing the maturity of the health transformation, enhancing beneficiary experience, improving service quality, and strengthening the sector’s competitiveness in line with the highest international standards.
King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre won five international awards as follows: two gold awards in the categories of “Best Customer Service – Organizations with More Than 5,000 Employees” and “Best Use of Customer Insights and Feedback – Strategic Approach”, in addition to two silver awards in “Best Contact Center – Strategic Approach” and “Best Customer-Centric Culture – Strategic Approach”, and a bronze award in “Putting the Customer at the Heart of Everything – Strategic Approach.”
Madinah Health Cluster won two gold awards. The first was the gold award in the “Best Citizen Experience – Organizations with More Than 5,000 Employees” category, represented by the “Maeen” Initiative implemented by Yanbu General Hospital, which aims to enhance the quality of services provided to senior citizens. The Madinah Health Cluster also won a second gold award in the “Customer at the Heart of Everything” category for the Health Advisory Council Initiative, which represents an advanced model of partnership among various entities in the Madinah region.
Riyadh First Health Cluster achieved the silver award in the “Best Citizen Experience – Organizations with More Than 5,000 Employees” category, and the bronze award in the “Best Employee Engagement in the Workplace – Organizations with More Than 1,000 Employees” category.
Health system entities also continued their journey to the finals of the international awards, with the Eastern Health Cluster reaching the final stage, reflecting the expanding excellence of the Kingdom’s health system and consolidating its capabilities in developing beneficiary experience and strengthening the global competitiveness of the Saudi health sector.
