The Minister of Health and Chairman of the Health Holding Company, H.E. Fahad Abdulrahman AlJalajel, met today with a group of private sector investors, healthcare facility owners, and pharmaceutical company executives on the sidelines of the Global Health Exhibition 2025, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Health from October 27–30 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.
The meeting comes as part of a series of regular engagements aimed at enhancing collaboration with the private sector, a key driver of growth in Saudi Arabia’s healthcare system, by creating an attractive and competitive investment environment that enables private investors to expand healthcare services with high quality and efficiency.
The initiative supports the Health Sector Transformation Program, one of the Vision 2030 flagship programs, designed to build an integrated, sustainable, and patient-centered health system focused on efficiency and quality of life.
During the meeting, participants reviewed joint initiatives and development projects between the Ministry and the private sector, and discussed emerging opportunities and operational challenges in healthcare service delivery. The discussions reflected the Ministry’s commitment to fostering a supportive investment ecosystem and developing strategic partnerships that drive innovation, service excellence, and system resilience.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Health signed more than 124 strategic agreements on the opening day of the Global Health Exhibition 2025, covering key areas such as digital health, innovation, healthcare infrastructure, and advanced medical technologies, demonstrating the Kingdom’s continued efforts to expand health investment, empower public-private partnerships, and elevate the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of the national healthcare system.
