Blending science with sensory experience, the “Live Well” Zone at the Global Health Exhibition 2025 in Riyadh drew wide attention from visitors eager to explore the sound and frequency therapy experience, an innovative practice that fuses modern technology with the art of human well-being, redefining the concept of mental balance and holistic wellness.
Amid a tranquil and immersive atmosphere, visitors embark on an interactive wellness journey that combines precisely tuned sound frequencies and calibrated vibrations designed to induce relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance sleep and mood. The sessions integrate therapeutic music, lighting, and deep-breathing techniques, offering a comprehensive mind–body–soul experience that represents a new paradigm in preventive care and quality of life.
The “Live Well” Zone, the largest of its kind, spans more than 3,000 square meters and features six main areas—Fitness, Prevention, Mental Health & Sleep, Nutrition, Challenges, and the “Walk 30” track, each inviting visitors on a complete journey toward healthier, more balanced living. The initiative reflects the Ministry of Health’s commitment to building a vibrant society rooted in well-being and sustainability, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
The Ministry of Health invites all attendees to explore the interactive experiences at the “Live Well” Zone, part of the Global Health Exhibition 2025, recognized as the Best International Exhibition in the Middle East and Africa for 2025 by the AEO Awards. The event brings together over 2,000 global exhibitors, 500 speakers from more than 130 countries, and offers 100 discussion sessions and 110 hours of accredited continuing medical education (CME) by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, running from October 27–30 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.
