At the heart of this global momentum, the Global Health Exhibition 2025 stands as a leading platform bringing together leaders, innovators, and investors from more than 130 countries, from October 27 to 30 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center in Malham, under the theme “Invest in Health.” The event reflects the Kingdom’s global leadership in driving healthcare innovation and investment.
Within this major international gathering, the Ministry of Health is unveiling the Live Well Zone, 3,000-square-meter hub of creativity and innovation that represents the largest interactive awareness experience dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles. The zone features more than 70 engaging activities designed to provide visitors with an exceptional journey that combines enjoyment, knowledge, and technology across six interactive zones.
In the Nutrition Zone, visitors can enjoy hands-on experiences such as “Pedal to Blend Your Juice”, live cooking stations, the “How Much Sugar Is in It?” wall, and the “Cook It Right in 10 Minutes” challenge, all blending fun with awareness.
Meanwhile, the Mental Health and Sleep Oasis offers visitors a balanced environment to restore their well-being through diagnostic clinics, a sleep lab, and smart technologies that enhance sleep quality and highlight the impact of daily habits on mental and physical health.
The Challenge Zone adds energy and excitement through interactive competitions such as basketball and the virtual goalkeeper challenge, encouraging visitors to adopt sports as part of a sustainable lifestyle. Around the area, the “Walk 30” track motivates participants to turn every step into an achievement by tracking their progress via the Sehhaty app and recording it in their digital health passport.
At the Live Well Stage, inspiring personal stories from individuals who have overcome health challenges take center stage, alongside engaging talks by healthcare professionals, light entertainment, and stand-up comedy performances that combine wellness with joy.
