The Saudi Ministry of Health has announced the launch of the 7th edition of the Ada’a Health Award, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Health, H.E. Fahad Abdulrahman AlJalajel. The award is part of the Ministry’s continuous efforts to promote institutional excellence and improve the quality of healthcare services, in alignment with Vision 2030 and the Health Sector Transformation Program.
The Ada’a Health Award aims to inspire healthcare providers to adopt best practices, elevate service quality, and enhance patient satisfaction. It also promotes a culture of continuous improvement, supports innovation, and encourages healthy competition across the sector. As a national initiative, the award reflects the Ministry’s commitment to recognizing outstanding performance through evaluation mechanisms grounded in data analysis and key performance indicators, overseen by expert judging panels to ensure fairness and professionalism.
Since its inception in 2018, the award has received over 900 entries annually, reflecting strong engagement from the healthcare community and its importance in driving sustainable development.
The Ministry emphasized that this edition reaffirms the belief that excellence is a sustainable culture, and that celebrating exceptional achievements contributes positively to individual well-being, quality of life, and Saudi Arabia’s position as a leader in advanced healthcare globally.
